Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Moorhead will hold a Public Hearing at the Hjemkomst Center Auditorium, 202 1st Ave N, on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at 5:30 pm to consider the following items:
1. a. Preliminary & Final Plat for Prairie Parkway 2nd Addition
b. Zoning Map Amendment from TZ: Transitional to MU-2: Neighborhood Mixed Use
c. Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Parks/Open Space, High Density Residential and Medium Density Residential to Mixed Use
At the hearing, the City of Moorhead will afford an opportunity for interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
