There are two local agencies that provide the majority of public housing and housing vouchers for use in private market rental properties in Moorhead.

Moorhead Public Housing Agency

Clay County Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA)

  • Home improvement funding for very low income owner-occupied households in Clay County (including Moorhead) and low to moderate income owner-occupied households in Clay County (outside of Moorhead)
