Traffic Alert: 8 St Between Main Ave and Center Ave to Close for Railroad Crossing Surface Replacement
Starting Monday, August 18 BNSF will temporarily close 8 St between Main Ave and Center Ave to replace the railroad crossing surface. Traffic will be detoured 5 St S via Center Ave and Main Ave. The closure is anticipated to last approximately 2 weeks.
Drivers are encouraged to plan ahead, follow posted detours, and allow for extra travel time. Thank you for your patience as this necessary work is completed to improve the railroad crossing.
