Traffic Alert: 12 Ave S Detour
Starting Thursday, November 6 at 7 am, the eastbound lane of 12 Ave S will be closed from 14 St S to 17 St S for private gas utility work. During this time, a detour route utilizing 14 St S, 9 Ave S & 17 St S will be implemented. Traffic will operate as normal in the westbound direction.
This work is anticipated to take 4 weeks to complete, and the roadway will reopen to full traffic use by the end of the day December 5, weather permitting. Motorists are encouraged to find alternate routes and expect delays and congestion in the area.
