By providing the City of Moorhead with your photo you hereby authorize the City to utilize your image and/or photo in different forms of advertising, including, but not limited to, social media posts, printed City Publications and internet video. Upon request the City will provide you with a copy of the advertising and you acknowledge and agree that City is not obligated to provide any payment of any kind to you for the use or reproduction of your image and/or photos.
