Scholarships
It is the goal of Moorhead Parks and Recreation to offer recreational programming to any and all Moorhead youth looking to participate.
Moorhead youth, age 17 and under, are eligible to receive up to two (2) scholarships, per season, if approved. Seasons consist of one spring/summer session and one fall/winter session. No more than three (3) scholarships may be awarded, per participant, per calendar year.
A scholarship application and a registration form must be fully filled out and submitted together. In addition, a copy of the household's annual income (such as a recent federal tax return, benefit approval letter, or the free or reduced lunch approval letter from the school.) must also be included. Any missing or incomplete information will automatically be denied for a scholarship.
