Appeal a Parking Ticket

By submitting this for, I acknowledge that:

1. I understand I must request an appeal through way of administrative hearing within seven (7) calendar days after issuance of the citation.  If this appeal is not granted an administrative hearing will be scheduled and held at City Hall in the South City Council Chamber Conference Room before the hearing officer.  The Parking Tickets division of the Moorhead Police Department will notify me, at the address provided below, in writing, of the date and time of the administrative hearing.  I must appear in person at the administrative hearing unless the city grants a request to appear telephonically upon a showing of good cause.

2. I understand if I fail to appear at the administrative hearing, I waive my rights to an appeal, admit that I committed the violation, and am responsible for the original fine plus any late fees which have accrued from the date the citation was issued.

3. I understand if the hearing officer affirms the citation, I am obligated to pay the fine that the hearing officer indicates within seven (7) calendar days of notice of affirmation or late fees will begin to accrue.
