The City of Moorhead uses the Quest Construction Data Network for the following:
  • Current Bid Openings
  • View or Download Plans and Specifications
  • Addenda Bid
  • Tabulations
  • Plan Holder List

Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 331A.12, the City Council of the City of Moorhead designated www.cityofmoorhead.com as the City’s Official Website, and authorized its use as the official means of publication for the solicitation of bids for transportation projects as necessary to satisfy the requirements of the Uniform Municipal Contracting Law (Minnesota Statutes 471.345).  The City Council has also authorized the Official Website for use as an additional means of publication of Requests For Qualifications and Requests For Proposals for transportation projects.
