North Moorhead Flood Mitigation Project

The City of Moorhead has received funding from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Flood Damage Reduction Grant program to construct Phase 1 of the North Moorhead Flood Mitigation project. The project construction bid was awarded on August 26, 2019 at the City Council meeting.
