The Police Department is proud of its commitment to working with citizens to create a quality of life in Moorhead of which we can all be proud. To do this effectively, it is important for citizens to understand the policies, procedures and protocol of the Police Department, as well as what it is like to be the men and women sworn to protect and serve this community. It is equally important for the Police Department to learn about the concerns and needs of the citizens they serve. The Citizens Police Academy is a great way for that to happen!
